Volunteer times available are:
Feb. 12th – travel with Symphonic, Honor and Wind
Ensemble to Timber Creek High School for PRE UIL
Feb. 28th – help serve pizza and drinks / pass
out programs at our next concert
March 2nd – travel with JAZZ BAND to UTA and to
lunch (chaperone group)
March 4th – travel with Symphonic and Honor band
to UIL
March 5th – travel with Wind Ensemble to UIL
April 13th – serve as a room monitor from 8am –
12 or from 11:30 – 2:30
April 13th – help provide lunch for our room
monitors and for our judges at 11:30am – 12:30pm
April 20th – travel to Sandy Lake with JAZZ BAND
(all day)
May 7th – travel to the Murchison Hall in
Denton with the Wind Ensemble 9am – 3pm
May 8th – travel with Symphonic Band and Honor
Band to NRH20 (chaperones must pay 16.00 for their entry) 9am – 5pm
May 11th – travel with Wind Ensemble to Six Flags
(chaperones must pay 28.50 for their entry or use a season pass) 9am –
7pm
May 16th – pass out programs at our SPRING
