Your child is competing in the Keller ISD District Honor Band contest on Saturday. The contest will be held at Hillwood Middle School. Your child received his or her time and group number last week and they should have a map and a packet full of information in their binder. 1:30 - 2:00

Group 1 should be ready to play starting at 8:30

Group 2 should be ready to play starting at 9:30

Group 3 should be ready to play starting at 10:30

Group 4 should be ready to play starting at 11:15

Group 5 should be ready to play starting at 12:00

Group 6 should be ready to play starting at 12:30

All FHMS band students are invited to join the FRHS band

in the stands during the FRHS varsity football game

Tickets to the football game will be on sale at Fossil Ridge High School

the week of the game for all parents.

(bus transportation is not provided)

· District Band Try-Out : Saturday, October 22^nd at Hillwood Middle School – students were assigned a group number with a specific time to play – check with your child for this group / time number.

· District Band Clinic and Concert: November 3^rd at Fossil Ridge High School (only if you are selected to play in the district band)

· Region Band Try-Out: November 5^th at Indian Springs Middle School

We would like to put together goodie bags for our “OUTSTANDING STUDENTS OF THE WEEK”
