We are extremely proud of all of our
students that auditioned for the KISD Honor Band. We had 23
students selected for the band!
2.
Make sure that you have added our two new football
games to your calendar. They are October 30th and November
5th. Percussion class will play from 4:45 – 5:45pm.
Symphonic/ Honor / Wind Ensemble will play from 5:45 – 7:30pm. Students
will wear their FHMS Band t-shirts and blue jeans or blue jean shorts.
These football games will take place at FHMS.
3.
The students chosen for the KISD Honor Band
will have an all-day rehearsal and a concert on November 1st.
It will be held at Fossil Ridge High School. The students were
given a letter in regards to this today and their music for the
clinic/concert. Students will wear ALL BLACK to the concert (nice dress
clothes)
4.
All Region Try-Outs are November 3rd
at Indian Springs.
5.
Practice Charts are due each week.
6.
Don’t forget to send in your donations for the
“GOODIE BAGS”
