11 / 8 to 11/ 12
(they get the week off)


NEW SECTIONAL SCHEDULE BEGINS

Dates to Remember

November 2010

ALL REGION BAND INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

November 6…………….ALL REGION BAND AUDITIONS
SATURDAY – THIS SATURDAY J

For Wind Ensemble Students and a few others (they know who they are)
We will leave at 6:45am from FHMS. Please arrive by 6:40am.
We will meet the buses in the back of the school (by the football field)

Please send a sack lunch with your child. I am checking on concessions to see if any food will be available.

There will be two buses going to All Region on Saturday.
The group of students that finish by 12:30pm, will return on bus #1.
The other students who haven’t finished will return on bus #2 around 3:30/4pm.

Students should NOT WEAR a T Shirt that has anything about KISD or FHMS on the shirt.
School appropriate dress code will be enforced.

Students will have a MAJOR PLAYING TEST grade this week on their audition materials.
The students have received their specific TEST TIME.

CHAPERONES for ALL REGION are:
Esquivel
Kendrick
Sanders
Cole
Milford
Woxland – driving her own vehicle
Chaperones, please report with your children at 6:40am.
You will not know which bus you are leaving on until Saturday.


PROGRESS REPORTS WILL GO HOME ON FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!

WINTER CONCERT
December 9th
For all Band Students
At FRHS
7:00pm

WINTER TOUR for Wind Ensemble
For elementary / intermediate school
December 14, 15, and 16
(please avoid Dr. appointments on these days)

If you can volunteer to help with our winter tour, I will need 3 parents for each day.

A schedule will be made available very soon for each day!

December 14th – Chaperone Robin Drake- THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Concerts will take place at…. Chisholm Trail, Parkview, Heritage, N. Riverside, Basswood


Winter Tour locations

Wednesday, December 15th – Heritage Elementary 8am (parents will drop off students that morning at Heritage Elementary School )
Concert will begin at 8:30am

Tuesday, December 14th – Chisholm Trail Intermediate School (parents will drop off students that morning at CTIS)
Concerts will begin at 8:30 and 9:15am
